Engr. Alhassan Koroma
Founder & CEO
Engr. Alhassan Koroma is a cybersecurity and ICT professional with extensive hands-on experience across government institutions, international humanitarian organizations, and the technology sector. He holds an MSc in Information & Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from Njala University. He is CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, with additional training in Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking. His career spans roles as ICT Officer and Network Administrator at the Ministry of Agriculture, IT Officer at Cap Anamur German Emergency Doctors, and Data Entry Officer at the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone. He founded NIFTECH to deliver professional, affordable cybersecurity and IT solutions to organizations across Sierra Leone, Africa, and internationally.

Roland V Musa
Co-Founder & Technical Specialist
Roland Victor Musa is a cybersecurity professional, cloud security engineer, network administrator, and tech entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of NIFTECH. He helps organizations secure, scale, and modernize their digital environments through practical cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions. He brings hands-on experience in threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, incident response, SIEM monitoring, firewall configuration, and AWS cloud security. His background also includes GRC work across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST, as well as enterprise IT support, Active Directory administration, and secure network operations. Roland currently serves as an IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Officer at BRAC Microfinance SL Limited. He has also trained and mentored aspiring cybersecurity professionals in ethical hacking, network security, and defensive operations. His experience includes delivering hands-on instruction, developing lab exercises, and helping students and professionals build practical security skills. His technical toolkit includes Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Hydra, Wazuh, Splunk, FortiGate firewalls, AWS EC2, WAF, Active Directory, Python, Bash, SQL, and Linux administration. He is certified by Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, and TryHackMe, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity & Administration of Networks and Computer Systems, along with an Associate Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science & Physics. Roland was selected from over 20,000 applicants across West and Central Africa for the UNDP-Give1 Cybersecurity Program in Dakar, and represented Sierra Leone at the ECOWAS Cybersecurity CTF Competition in Ghana, further demonstrating his ability in competitive, real-world cyber defense.
